Budget Tool

Problem: Property managers and owners not being able to correctly plan and budget property work orders and maintenance - causing longer wait times on fixes, more damages due to project time length, higher cost, un organized budget and extreme spending.

Solution: The Budget tool is a feature to help property managers and owners visualize and plan their property expenses. This tool gives users the ability to create separate budgets (ex: landscaping, pavement, electrical, etc), determine expense details such as timeline, material cost, vendor expenses and more.

We started this project by white boarding and logic mapping this tools features and overall user flow:

I then created a Figma wireframe prototype of the product details we discussed during our team meeting. Once wireframe was completed, we had a development team meeting to review project and create product/project scope (timeline + deliverables):

Once we finalized the project scope, we have determined deliverables for each team member, project meeting dates, and timeline of inital MVP.
